The course is a self-paced audio series, delivered digitally, with no live component involved. On enrolment, you’ll be asked to create an email login and password, after which you’ll receive immediate access to all of the content in a secure and user-friendly course portal.
Content includes a video introduction and 5 audio classes, each ranging in length from 55 to 75 minutes.
This course was initially designed to complete weekly over 5 weeks- but because you have immediate access to all material, you can move through it at whatever pace feels right for you. Some of my clients prefer to deeply engage with the prompts and reflections, whereas others find that they gain clarity, inspiration and guidance just through listening to each session.
