general enquiries

If you have an enquiry, question or would like to connect, please use the form at the bottom of this page. I endeavour to respond to all emails personally and reply to enquiry emails approximately once a week- which is why it can sometimes take a while to get back to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for a response. If I don’t respond within this time, don’t hesitate to reach out again. I appreciate your patience and please know that I love hearing from you.

course enrollee enquiries

If you have purchased any of my self-guided offerings and have a question/issue you can expect a response as soon as possible (usually within 24-48 hours during Australian business hours Monday-Friday).

All of my courses are currently hosted on a secure course platform, Podia, which means that issues are very rare- but if anything does spring up please know that it will be resolved as soon as I see your email.

I’m based in Melbourne, Australia, but all of my services are currently available online. My prices are in USD. I have a lot of international customers and clients, and offer secure payments via Stripe and Paypal. If there are any issues with payments from your specific country, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly using the form below.
